Great bike for all I paid for it!

I purchased a 70ยด CX 500 that had sat for 3 years for Dollars 300. A new air filter and tire and I was rolling. The bike runs really well. I wish it had a little more get up and go, but that is not what it was made for. My only real complaint with the bike is it needs 1 more gear. When you hit 50 mph it sounds like you have a swarm of bees in your helmet. If it was chain drive I would change to a different sprocket, but no such luxury with shaft drive. Overall I am real happy with this bike though!! | |
