I have owned a TE400 for just over 2yrs now. Never had any real problems with it. It´s a bit of a weapon in the bush and Mud, not so hot in the sand. It is suprisingly easy to maintain and fairly inexpensive compared with other bikes.

The TE400 is an awesome enduro and trail bike. Fantastic ability of hooking up and tracking very well. Probably not meant for novice riders, however is still very user friendly. The faster you push it the better it gets! The only gripe I would have is you need to make sure whoever tunes the bike has an idea of what their doing! Huskies can be a pig to start if they are not dialled in properly! In saying this if you get it sorted it will never let you down or stop(Mine certainly has not) Overall this is one of the best bikes I have ridden offroad and would be very reluctant to sell it. The left hand kicker is no problem when you get used to it(kick it like a right kicker, don´t get off the bike!) As far as parts go, they are not as easy to get as your run of the mill riceburners or Orange mounts, but if you do a little research parts are not that difficult to track down. R and D Husqvarna are the go for all your Husky needs. Overall I would give the TE400 8-9/10 . It certainly can hold it´s own with the new breed of 4strokes! Hellhsuky | |
