Very forgiving bike - just get on it and go.

Nothing wrong with this bike: light, nimble, enough power to do 105 but not enough to get a new rider in trouble. Plenty of torque over the entire rev band means 5 speeds is plenty. Quiet enough to hear the lovely intake sound of a V-twin (every drive-off has the sound of a small block Chevy going through the gears at a drag strip - awesome). Enclosed shaft drive is trouble free and quiet. Legendary Guzzi small block has been around for 3 decades and is totally reliable. Single Brembo front brake is strong enough to slow it down immediately without any danger of locking up. Very comfy wide seat is low enough for vertically challenged drivers ;) | |
