The Yamaha that I never knew, but came to enjoy

I´ve owned a Yamaha V Star 650 Custom for about a year, and has come to enjoy having it. Purchased in 2012 off craigslist I didn´t imagine at the time, the unlimited possibilities that this bike could have. Transformed into a bar hoppin bobber/bagger, this machine has caught the eyes of many along highways and in parking lots, and bike shows. Customizing has been a bliss, with kuryakyn, show chrome, bigg bike, and a host of others, have allowed me to make this bike the envy of even Harley Owners. Many who see it at first glance, think that it´s a H-D fat boy, or softail deluxe. But my intention was not to make it a H-D copy cat, which it easily can become, but to make it a one of a kind metric crusier which it is. My hat is off to Yamaha for their design and worksmanship of this motorcycle. | |
