update of previous review

I wrote the first review on the tank sports vision R-3 and now would like to update the info and things are changing rapidly. First off, I´ve put on 16,000 miles on my R-3 and only needed to replace two items up until 5/19/08 . One the chain which is a 520 and available at any cycle store; furthermore, I replaced the clutch cable which I found a a honda dealer. ( perfect match for the 750cc honda shadow spirits clutch cable. bulbs and fuses are available almost any cycle shop. Now Tank sports has now opened their supply store and it´s proven to me that this bike was well worth the money. I got rear-ended on 5/19/08 and on 5/20/08 I ordered the parts necessary to fix the bike (taillight, fender, etc.) through Tanks Parts dept. and now my bike is ready to roll again.Glad to see that this bike was made with parts that are fairly well available if you look around. This cycle paid for itself a long time ago and I´m keeping it for as long as I can. Well worth the money. | |
