Superb road legal 125 enduro | ||||||

This is a rare bike in the UK, I have a limited edition 2004 example in full power factory(not derestricted)mode . The bike is superb, well built, reliable, cheap to run and maintain, and the best bet, GOES LIKE STINK, you can only ride this bike one way, that is LIKE YOU´VE NICKED IT. The bike is a full size, capable enduro bike with a road kit added to make it road legal, it does have a direct injection lubrication system which will turn the purest´s off but the reilability is excellant. I would recommed a good set of road tyres on this bike if it is to be run mainly on the tarmac, in full power mode it will eventually catch you out on nobblies, especially on damp or wet roads. As the bike is relatively light and very livley, kicking it down into first requires some thoughtful throttle control, power is delivered very quickly in a narrow power band and it can be hard work ´keeping it on the boil´. At slow speed the bike is very well balanced and a joy to ride. As you would expect low end power is limited and to take off from low revs will require an couple of kicks down and a wrist full of gas. The instruments are simple, easy to read and adequate, but unfortunately the head light is simply an excuse for a road legal badge, ´night vision goggles are optional´. The front and rear disc brakes have no problems stopping the bike and the levers provide good feel and feedback. This is a fun bike that in full power mode will raise more than one or two eyebrows and all in all it ticks all the important box´s. This is a great bike ! |
