Had this bike around 6 months now and it is withouy doubt one of the best second hand buys out there. | ||||||

I found that this bike needs a few mods to get the best out of it so have done, high level exhausts and map switch which gets rid of the cats definately adds a few horses and improves the dodgy fuelling around town. Rear shock change as the sachs unit is absolutely rubbish. Front fork valves reworked which cost £140.00 which inproves wash out feel in tight fast corners. The 15 tooth sprocket change. I had the dunlop tyres on mine, sling them straight in the bin!! I have owned many sports bikes including supermotos but this has the best hooloigan grin factor of any I have owned. Things I love about it. Engine spins up absurdly fast from a standstill. Loads of torque. Corners as well as my old 06 gixxer. Comfortable riding posistion. Wind blast will help keep you out of prison. Brakes are excellent. Useable mirrors. Excellent clock and digital readout. Looks. That big booming v twin roar. Effortless wheelies. Affordability. Up to now reliability. Desirability. Best bike I have ever owned. Test ride one and you will be hooked. This bike is not a novice ride though and will catch you out if you´re not used to a big twin. |
