I purchased my Victory Classic Cruiser after two friends had their Victory´S. This has been a great motorcycle. One iron butt ride with sppeds of 80-90 MPH consistantly and no problems proves the realiability of the freedom engine. The one area that most people complain of is the back lash noise in the engine compaired to a Harley. This is because there is no primary belt in the Freedom engine. Victory uses gears in their primary whereas Harley uses a belt. This translates to increase torque and faster throttle response at all engine speeds. Unfortunatly this results in backlash noise. The price of a Victory compaired to a Harley along with the reliability factor AND not being one of the heard makes this motorcycle a number one choice. | |
