I bought this same bike July 27,2009! and it had 4,974 miles on it at the time of purchase. It drove and looked like it came off of the showroom floor. IT had COBRA exhausts and ran lean and backfired and was hard to warm up. When I got home I immediately removed the COBRA exhausts and put on the stock exhausts and it runs great now. The previous owner had not re-jetted the carbs or made any adjustments, and I do not blame him because when you can see and get access to the carbs it is a nightmare. Very ,very tight and crammed in to a very small space. |
