If you don´t have time to ride, don´t buy one of these. | ||||||
I´ve been riding a K1100RS, just as is pictured here, for the last 3 years. It is a perfect bike for the riding I do: sport touring, days spent finding where that road goes, or just soaking in the countryside. This bike just loves to run. I have found it to be comfortable enough for a 980 mile day, capable of two-up long weekends, and able to play fighter jet when called upon. It may not be as fast as the latest hyper sport bikes, and to some eyes not as pretty as as a chrome-laiden cruiser, but when you need to cross two more state lines before dinner, you won´t find a better bike for the job. The bike is relatively inexpensive to buy, easily self maintained, and good for 200,000 miles if your interest doesn´t wander before that. I´ve got mine, you´ll have to find your own! |
