Good wee bike, but with a couple of teething problems. | ||

I bought the bike a month or two ago. Good points: Starts every time, I don´t get blown about the way I used to in my scooter and it will go up to 60, which is good! It´s early days yet, there are one or two teething problems. There is a vibration going through the frame that´s to be checked out. I did 7500km on my wee scooter last year so whatever is going to go wrong with this bike it will happen with me. I´ve contacted the factory about the vibration and there´s some loose rivets on the exhaust that they are replacing. They have given me some helpful advice which I will carry out. The insurance was good because it´s a CCM, a British manufacturer. I´ve done over 1000km on it so far without any problems. I was a mechanic to trade many years ago so I expect a certain amount of teething problems. I don´t know if it´s the tyres or all the diesel on the road, but it can be a bit slippy at times. |
