This is the 2nd bike I´ve owned. The 1st was a 2002 Honda CBR600 F4i. The Daytona 600 compared to the CBR is more comfortabe but is not quite as fast as the CBR was. At least it doesn´t feel as fast. | ||||||
The only thing that is left to be desired on this 2004 Daytona 600 is a but more power. But since they increased it´s displacment to 650 cc in 2005, looks like they addressed it. Other than that, it´s wonderfully balanced and confortable for longer trips. It looks awesome and won´t be as popular on the road as any of the Japanese bikes. I haven´t even seen another Daytona 600 on the road since I´ve owned it. If you have a choice between the 04 or 05, go with the 2005 (650cc) but either way, you should not be disappointed. I can´t say how different the Daytona 675 is from these as I think it´s pretty well a completely different bike. |
