Moving from the big boys to chopper style bike was a little questionable for me --at first. | ||||
Let me give you a snap shot of me first. I´m 66 years, 6´, 260 lbs. As you see, I´m a big man. Until recently, I´ve been riding a Certified Police Special Custom. The last couple of years I ´ve felt uneasy with that hoss. So, it found a new rider, and I bought my first Dyna Wide Glide 2002. This bike is about 200 lbs. lighter than previous one, and the smaller frontend makes it much nimbler. Once again, I have found my fun ride. This bike with its 88 cu.in. motor is very responsive with me onboard. Since I almost never have a passenger, added weight is not a concern. After riding the big dogs for a number of years, this smaller machine has given me a new enjoyable experience. |
