| I own a S-40 and I have many opinions about the bike -- My overall opinion is its a very good bike especially for the money -- As an example I compared it to the 600 cc Honda -- I could not find anything good about the Honda -- Less HP; 3,000. more in cost and almost 200lbs heavier -- My S-40 I can easily reach 70 and I am sure more -- The Honda tops only about 65 -- I have only two gripes -- One is the backfire and the other is shifting -- I have problems when it is hot and trying to get in and out of 5th -- Back fire is it is just too lean -- Price to fix that is more than I want to put into it at this time -- I changed my handlebars so I sit more upright -- Very Very good bike -- I recommend it-- |
