+++The bike certainly looks great and is very comfortable to ride. Power is quite low but can achieve 55-60mph on a good run. ----The build quality is not really that good with some important nuts for seat, indicators and mirrors spinning off leading to many stops to re-tighten etc. Electric wiring is also not that good; I had problems with the headlight main beam/dip going off and indicators flashing intermittently on occasions. The Keeway guarantee however did fix these faults. Which leads to a warning, service intervals are really low at only 2000km (1,200mile) leading to regular and expensive additional running costs of approx £65-£75 a time!!! Learners should also note that the indicator switches are Harley style and not recommended as normal learner single switch indicators used at test. The foot pegs are also forward mounted boards instead, which takes some getting used to. Having said all that, I really loved the bike which had over 10,000km on it when sold after a years use. She started me off on two wheels again and after passing my test in August, I got a 650 Honda CBF, can´t be bad. 4 wheels move the body but 2 wheels move the body and soul! |
