I HAVE A GIANTCO ROYALE 125CC SCOOTER AND THE BATTERY WONT CHARGE. THE COIL HAS BLOWN/OPEN CIRCUIT AND HAVE FOUND A NEW ONE AT CHINA PARTS . WOULD THERE BE A REASON SUCH AS THE SMALL RESISTOR BEING FAULTY NEAR THE SIDE STAND THAT WOULD MAKE THE COIL BURN OUT ??? WHAT RISISTANCE READING SHOULD I GET ACROSS THE COIL DISCONNECTED ? THE BIKE RUNS OK BUT THE BATTERY IS NOT GETTING ANY CHARGE AT ALL .
