99 Harley-Davidson Dyna Low Rider discussion forum: Mr.

Just found this site. My \´99 low rider has a short somewhere that is preventing the right blinker from functioning when the engine is running. When engine is off the blinker works fine.
Anyone out there know how I could solve this problem??
BTW, an independent replaced a card/switch for the previous owner that repaired this....but in the middle of a ride my engine cut out. OCHarley dealer found the wire harness was not reseated properly and it had shorted out.
I would like to try and solve this but if not then it goes back into the dealer (ka-ching!)
