XV1000 VIRAGO Engine life expectancy
George Sebastian said 2009-09-18 06:10
Just Curious. I bought a 1985 XV1000 last spring and love it. I actually took it in on trade when I sold my 1995 Gold wing. I used the Virago a couple of times thinking I would keep it only until I buy another Wing. But, it really impressed me with its power and handling. After riding a couple of Wings and three Harleys, I was very happy with this little bike. So much so, that I will keep it even when I buy another Wing for those long trips. It´s a gas for running around on short hauls and the straight pipes don´t hurt either.
