hi, I am the owner of a cbr125r and a megelli 125r 08 model. i can say that the cbr125 does is faster high in the revs. high rpm the cbr feels more powerful.
the megelli has much more mid-range power. it feels faster down low. also due to the gearing, pretty much all gears is usable where as the cbr has a useless 6th gear.
cbr feels very small and light, nimble, but does not look that great. megelli feels much bigger, but also just as light and slightly less nimble. megelli is a true head turner. pretty much gets looks all day long where as nobody cares about the cbr.
both has strong point. cbr feels much more solid. more high rpm power. light and nimble.
megelli feels a bit less solid. soft suspension. usable gears, and mid-range power. also light, slightly less nimble.
i feel much better riding the megelli as it gets the looks of a big bike. wider tires and great design and sound.
its really too bad there aren\´t aftermarket parts for the megelli. i have still not found even one muffler. or anything for the megelli. what are these parts companies doing?? wake up and make some megelli parts! please!
