I cant find the VIN on my bike and I need to know where exactly it is. I also need to prove to the RIV that it is for closed course competition only so I do not have to pay that stupid fee after importing it. I need either a picture of the decal declaring it, alongside the vin (of which I cannot find... possibly because it has a powder-coated frame) or a letter from the manufacturer... Does anyone know how to attain one of those letters?
