I\´m about to purchase an almost new \´05 CRF450X and have read mainly positive stuff. I was actually very close to buying an \´05 or \´06 WR450 Yam. but they were all located further away than was realistic. I\´d like to know if anyone has the definitive list (or close to it) of changes made for each year from the original \´05 CRF450X all the way to the lastest \´08 model? For example I saw on a \´05/\´06 comparason chart that the only real change was a 5LB increase but it didn\´t say why. I believe there is probably only two generations (\´05/\´06 and \´07/\´08) of the bike based on the usual two year update cycle so while I\´m curious about the cause of the \´06s extra 5LBs I\´m more interested in any big (I\´d assume \´07) changes that reflect purging bugs and areas of complaint for \´05/\´06 owners and if there\´s a way to retro remedy them on an \´05 bike?
