For your exaust:
there is a german company called BSM: They have manufactured a nice after market replacement exhaust, in dragstyle pipes!!! Completely open, and unbaffeled: It also feels like these have offered quite a bit more torque, since they have been installed. And it\´s an easy fit, not more than 45minutes of work.
Just query on BSM Thunderpipes. The price should be around 400-600$
