I am 25 and have a 1980 xlh sportser with a dead gearbox. It chewed gears 2 and 3 and also show signs of misallignment where the shaft sits in the housing. i was wondering if any one can tell me if its possable to bore out the hole and fit a larger diameter main shaft. if so what is involved.
