400cc 350 lbs? wow .. where you live... nazi germany? KLR650 barely weighs 350 lbs. 400cc??? you can get quite a rocket in a 250. You dont need too much KW to get on the highway in free countries.. but yea.. probably a little weak in the passing at highway speed. I consider it a tad unsafe for the highway, wont get you where you should be fast enough. Lingering in blind spots etc. Its nice to giver the gas and zoom by quickly.. get out of bad cages etc.
