´75 z-1b owner

I bought my bike in 1982 - and am the second owner. It came with Windjammer fairing, saddlebags, 4 into 2 exhaust, floorboards for driver, Lester wheels, oil cooler and Harley style front fender. I had a box of all original parts including headlight, blinkers and exhaust pipes, but they are gone now. Haven´t ridden it in almost 10 years since head gasket started giving away - it´s just sat and I haven´t had the heart to part with it, yet I never had the time or $$ to restore it. What would you guys do? 66,000 miles - and it never gave me a problem - I just quit riding it when I noticed head gasket spitting oil on my legs.
