lima-peru. no he tenido el problema de que se apague la moto, tal vez los conductos y filtros de gasolina esten sucios. la potencia es decente para una 250cc 4 tiempos, sin embargo te recominedo le cambies el terminal del escape por uno de competencia, la moto se va a soltar bastante, dependiendo del modelo y marca puedes lograr inclusive mayor torque. hay buenas paginas en brasil sobre el tema, yo me compre uno por ahi.
