Hi there, i have had exactly the same problem with mine, and i solved it by buying am normal fuel-hose, with a diameter equal to the biggest diameter as the original hose. Together with it, i bought a silicone fuel-hose, with a diameter equalling the small size of the original part. Surprise, surprise... the small hose fits into the bigger one, and if you connect the small hose and the bigger hose together on the smaller pipe, you get an absolutely leak-free fit. I have done this on my bike, and it remains totally dry for almost a year now. Maybe it is not the most beautiful way to solve, but it works out great and you donĀ“t even see it at all. And the cost are only a few Euros, hardly worth noticing.
