You have bought one great bike. One thing to look forward to though is the stator coil shorting out. I bought a cx 500 custom in april and in May the coil developed a short to ground- with a resulting loss in power generation for the battery charging system. Replacement involves removing the engine from the frame and removing the rear cover from the engine. I heard afterwards that this is a common issue on the CX line due to the location of the stator coil. Best replacement is the electrex G47, available directly from Electrex in UK for abut $140 fob america.
