I´ve dealt with this kind of thing before. cool pipe is fire or fuel. usually it´s fuel, especially if it sat for a long period of time. make sure the primary jet is clean. run a piece of copper wire from a no.16 wire and see if it pushes anything out. fuel level could also be low. good luck, you will love the bike.
