Hello everyone. I\´m working on my girlfriends 79 cm185t and came across an issue I can\´t quite figure out. After a complete tune-up, i moved on to the timing only to realize that it was retarded by about half an inch and I couldn\´t move the plate any more to fix the issue. I\´ve checked the valves, the pistons at TDC when the mark is at T, the cam chain isnt loose, the cam marks line up with the head and the points gap is perfect. Also, I got the same results using static and dynamic timing lights. Any thoughts?
