I recently bought this bike used, and I love it !!
My question is: There is a small lever above the clutch lever….the lever itself is broken off.
Is this some type of compression release ? I have never, hot or cold, had a hard time starting this bike but, I’d like to know what it is.
Thanks in advance for any help.
