1975 G4TR No Spark/coil resistance specs?

Trying to troubleshoot my ´75 G4TR coil but can´t find any specs on-line. Can anyone post what the primary and secondary resistances are supposed to be? I´m measuring 2.45 ohms for primary and 10.4K ohms for secondary. This bike ran perfectly before heated indoor winter storage (yes I freshly rebuilt the carb and it´s getting fuel) but still won´t start. I found that there was no spark to the plug. The points and condenser looked brand new so I set points and gapped the plug (found those specs from a Youtube video). About every 10-12 kicks it seems to pop for a split second yet I still don´t see any spark when I kick/view the plug electrode. I´m thinking the condenser is bad or the coil behind the flywheel is bad. Is there a test for a condenser or do you just have to replace with a known good one and see if that fixes the issue? Any help is more than appreciated.
