I have a suzuki nut bf. I want to buy a 650GS to go touring through Kalahari, namibia lesotho etc etc. We want to go as far off road as possible and really just enjoy our bikes. The thing is my bf seems to think the the GS will give me too many problems and will be very costly to repair AND if something electrical goes wrong we are nowhere near any form of workshop to help us. So basically I will be a sitting duck.I have logged onto forums read a few books to try findout the common problems. Please could GS owners let me where you have travelled and what problems you encountered. We all have our passions and GS is mine and sadly DR is my bf, minute silence please, Regards d xxx
