HEY, I JUST PULLED UP THE SPECS ON THIS SCOOTER AND IT SAYS IT HAS A 2 STROKE 249 CC LIQUID COOLED ENGINE...IS THIS A TYPO ON THE INTERNET? I CANT SEE HONDA PUTTING A TWO STROKE AND LIQUID COOLING TOGETHER ON A SCOOTER, BUT HEY, STRANGER THINGS HAVE HAPPENED I GUESS...
