the batterty sound like your relay has has gone it should be just under handlebars, like litle metal thing that charges battery when you go along that might be a reason, my derbi does 110 km/h and all i done to it is put race exhaust on it makes it sound nice and improves everything:D if you derestrict it it will do about 80 km/h
