i made mine use u bolts to hook box on bar on back seat this will not let u open box from middle jus top then use 2 braces to brace back hooks to each side of tag where small bolts are holds up well shakes whole bike when shook i used braces from metal shelf was able to bend ends very easy hopes this helps
