96 Yamaha XV 535 Virago discussion forum: 535 ignition woes

(see previous post/bob) spark on only one clinder , have tried several (used)tci units, but same result.I noticed there is only one pick up coil and one magnet on flywheel/rotor.By switching the primary wires on the coils i know they both work. my question is are there supposed to be two magnets on the rotor?
