Hello there, I bought a Sum up in Nov 2008, it appears quite well made but I have not used it much due to the bad weather. I have just had the 500km service done (£49). I think it needs another at 2000km and then at 5000km /12 months intervals. It has been reliable in answer to your query, but I have just had a warranty job done ie the right mirror became loose. My dealer replaced the handlebars / bracket this week, no problem, free of charge under the warranty. I have owned a lot of larger bikes and just got this for nipping about locally. It is a reasonable size for my 6\´ 3\
