First gear shift from neutral or second jolts Concours 14?

Have any of the Concours 14 experienced the bike jolt when shifting gear from neutral or second with clutch lever fully pressed? The dealership mechanic lowered the idle to normal 1100 rpm\´s, it helped a bit, but not significantly. Any comments would be appreciated. Thank you.
