07 Suzuki Bandit 1250 discussion forum: Shift lever

Just rode my brand new naked 1250 home and loved it! One problem however. The shift lever seems really low, and upshifting is a bit of a hassle. I really have to bend my foot down to reach under it. Anyone else had this problem? Is it adjustable?
