hello...you might be able to answer a ?? that my bro and i are looking for...i own a 80 wideglide and he\´s on a 85 wideglide...im in the process of also getting my hands on a 1982sturgis.95%original...when did the geni shovel stop production and the 1340 take its place...we where under the impresstion that this took place in 1980 but if youv got a 79 1340 this change over must of been in mid 79...this is just a trivial ?? and you could stop 2 bro\´s from beatin each other up...lol...ride free and may the miles roll free under ya wheels and you get to give the finger to evo riders..
