Just get yourself an \´Optimate\´ battery charger and recharge your battery once a week or so...should keep it in good nick. Actually, the Innova kickstart is an advantage, because all new auto scoots now have lights on all the time, so you can\´t kick (or bump) start them if your battery is a bit flat. I can appreciate your knee probs though - I have to ride a step-through these days due to a hip problem
