Chris, I have a 72 CB350 with 110,000 miles which I restored over the summer. I too have the top speed problem but I equate that to my 225 lbs fat %&#!¤on it. With a load capacity of 300 lbs I wasn\´t expecting to see 100 mph. I stay off the highways and enjoy the back roads. Happy motoring, Matt from Massachusetts
