I am a novice racer with my Ducati 748, I find the entry speed into corners and maintaining cornering speed to be very strong with this bike, however I seem to lose a lot getting on the gas out of the slower corners for the straight, even to older 600 japanese bike\\\´s, I\\\´m too fast for 1st gear, but a little under powered for 2nd. I haven\\\´t done a lot of mods other than Marchesni wheels and gutted pipes with different intake filters. What would be a good mod step to improve performance, other than rider practice. Barry
