My husband and I just put a deposit on two Honda Metros but we are confused by the differing information we have received from scooter dealers. The Vespa dealer said that scooters must be above 50cc to ride on any state road but the Honda folks say that´s not so. We don´t want to ride them on the interstate or turnpike but are concerned whether we can ride them on major city streets where the speed limits are between 25-45 mph. Can anyone point me to the facts before we pick the scooters up this week? |
