okay; found the sticker (with the specs); the carb wasn´t booted on tight, and the plug gap was set way too tight. one of the vent lines (on the carb) was cracked and the air filter was very clogged. got all that squared up for a mileage check of better than 75 mpg @ 60 mph~!~ very stoked, indeed....
