I bought my 2004 Suzuki Katana 600 two weeks ago and have put over 600 miles on it already. My insurance is about $30 a month through Country Insurance...that´s full coverage. It´s my first bike and absolutely love it thus far. I really don´t have anything negative to say about it. I chose it over other 600´s because of cost and my minimal level of experience. Handles well despite being a little heavy for a 600. Throttle response is great, looks good and rides well. I´d recommend one as a first bike.
