We bought this bike as an entry level machine for my wife. As an experienced rider I felt this would be by far more than enough for her. We both liked the styling but I did not think I would personnally love this bike. Wrong! This is a nice motorcycle. Not fast by my standard (I own a 2002 ZZR 1200... )but very competent on the road. We added the Bonneville style pipes known as off-raod pipes by Triumph and it looks great but it sounds even better. No mistaking here, this is not your usual inline 4. It has that raucous triple sound. Handling is good, the high bars helps, the seat is a little too low for me but it´s not my bike ( I have to remember this ...) Would we or I buy this Legend again, for sure! |
